Carl B. Christensen – age 47, of Laurens, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at his home in Laurens, Iowa.

Carl Bryan Christensen was born February 16, 1974 in Aurora, Colorado. He was the son of Dennis and Dixie (Wilson) Christensen. Carl was raised in Laurens and graduated from the Laurens-Marathon High School in 1992. He settled in Laurens and began work as a machinist at Greg Mangold Manufacturing in Linn Grove. Following his time at Linn Grove, he worked at Bobalee and Positech in Laurens as a machinist.

Carl was active in Boy Scouts in his younger years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, target shooting, classic ford pickups and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his father, Dennis Christensen of Fairfield, Pennsylvania; brother, Adrian (Kari) Christensen of Laurens and two nieces.

Carl was preceded in death by his grandparents, Knud and Sally Christensen.
