Florence Louise Boughey, 85, of Liberty, Kentucky, formally of Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Born in Ayrshire, Iowa on December 11, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Rex and Kathryn Rouse.

Florence loved the outdoors and nature. She enjoyed camping and traveling the world.

Florence is survived by her daughter(s), Diana Post of Liberty and Danita (Jim) Griep of Iowa; son, Rod Boughey of Texas; sisters: Linda (Dave) Dunn of AZ, Dorothy (Dale) Syndergard of AZ, and Josephine (Maurice) Partridge of AR; brothers: John (Maddy) Rouse of IA and Myron (Joanne) Rouse of MO; and 3 grandchildren: Blake Boughey, Kelsey Boughey, Ellysse Boughey.

In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Glen Boughey; daughter, Donna Brisbois; and sister, Peggy Rogers.
