Kenneth Marazoff Sr, - age 87, of Pocahontas, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at his home surrounded by family.

Ken was born on February 11, 1932, in New York. He married his beloved wife of 69 years, Ruth Emily Plude on September 2, 1950. Ken and Ruth raised 12 children in Stratford, Connecticut. He spent his career as a self-employed landscaping contractor. He owned and operated K&M and Sons landscaping for many years in Stratford, Connecticut and later went into the construction business operating Kenny's Construction then moving to Keene New Hampshire, Ken and Ruth both retired from Peerless Insurance. After retiring they moved to Pocahontas, Iowa where he and Ruth have called home for almost 20 years.

Ken enjoyed spending time with his family and most of all the love of his life, Ruth. He enjoyed watching football, spending time on the golf course and shooting pool. He and Ruth loved bingo and frequented the casino. As his most favorite hobby, you could always find Ken outside maintaining his picture perfect yard.

Ken is survived by his wife, Ruth; their 12 children: Linda (Scot) Philp, Robin (Pete) Demetri, Karen Soukup, Kenneth Marazoff Jr, Steven (Fran) Marazoff, Wendy (Leo) Stickney, Donna (Gregg) White, David (Lisa) Marazoff, Lori (Dallas) Wandishion, Pamela (Ray) Britton, Sandra Adamchuk, Andrew (Lisa) Marazoff; 28 grandchildren. 38 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
