Linda Yttredahl, of Lake City, IA, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2025, at St. Anthony Nursing Home in Carroll, IA.  Linda Rae was born on August 25, 1948, to parents Robert and Phyllis (Bornhoft) Morrow in Lake City.  She grew up on the family farm near Auburn, IA, where she attended school at Auburn and Lake City Schools.

On December 13, 1964, Linda was united in marriage to Wilmer Yttredahl at the Lake City Methodist Church.  This union was blessed with three children: Sonia, Wilma, and Bob.  Together they raised their family in Lake City, where Linda worked in dietary at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital for 34 years.  Linda had a talent for sewing, quilting, and crocheting.  She also enjoyed plants, dancing, and country music.  Linda always had music playing.  She loved horses and was a long-time member of the Top Rail Saddle Club and was a Top Rail Saddle Club Queen.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Wilmer Yttredahl of Lake City, IA; children: Sonia (Jason) Nielsen of Elk Creek, NE, Wilma (Tom) Plummer of Lake City, IA, Bob (Kelly) Yttredahl of Dallas, TX; grandchildren: Ashley (Jordan) Stickland, Jacob O'Tool, Brittany (Landon) Krause,  Bobbie Jo (Chris) White, Dustin (Ragina) Rowen, Dillion Davis, Shania Williams, RJ Yttredahl, and Becca Yttredahl; great-grandchildren: Garrett Krause, Wyatt Krause, Jocelyn Antle, Jameson White, Charlee White, Pazley Williams, Mark Williams, Mayla Strickland, and Miracle Strickland; siblings: Mike (Lori) Morrow of Lake City, IA,  Mark (Bethany) Morrow of Lake City, IA, and Lanette (Les) Speckmann of Elk Creek, NE.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Phyllis Morrow, and niece Monica Morrow.

The Funeral Service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Lake City Union Church. Visitation will be 9:00 - 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Lake City Union Church. Burial will follow the funeral in the Cottonwood Cemetery in rural Lake City, Iowa.
