Milton R. Kelley – age 67, of Pocahontas, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at his home in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Milton Ray Kelley was born April 13, 1955 in Grants Pass, Oregon. He was the son of William "Kel" and Georgie "Judy" (Swindford) Kelley. Milt grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his GED while in the Army and served during the Vietnam War. On July 4, 1992, Milt was united in marriage to Wanda Console in Las Vegas, Nevada. Milt was a mechanic his whole life, working for multiple companies over the years. He lived in Phoenix until the early 2000s when he moved to Pocahontas. He worked at Tyson Foods in Storm Lake, then for the Pocahontas Area Community School district up until his passing.

Milt was a 3 ^rd degree Mason and loved hot rods and racing. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and especially the time he spent with family and friends at the car shop. Milt had a big heart and would help anyone in any way he could.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda; step-daughters, Michelle Raccuia and Amanda Washburn; 5 step-grandchildren; mother, Georgie "Judy" Kelley; sister, Cynthia Fleegle; brothers, Jon Kelley, Mark Kelley and Gregory Kelley; brother-in-law, Harold Schneidmiller; nephews, Tyler, Jeremy and Zach and many other nieces and nephews.

Milt was preceded in death by his father; sisters, Linda and Judy Lynn, and a nephew, Thomas Fleegle.
