Noreen Lee Biggs

Noreen Biggs, age 77, of Rolfe, IA, passed away Wednesday September 2, 2026 at her home in Rolfe, IA. No services will be held at this time.

Noreen Lee Clinton was born on May 11, 1949, to parents Orville and Dorothy (Woodbeck) Clinton in Estherville, Iowa. She grew up in Estherville with her 8 Siblings, where she graduated from Estherville high school.

Noreen moved to Minneapolis, MN, after high school before moving to Denver, CO. While in Denver, CO she met the love of her Life. Noreen Married Bradly Eugene Biggs on April, 15, 1995 in Las Vegas, NV.

Noreen worked with computers, specifically IBM Main Frames for the most of her working years. She was employed by the Dept. of Interior Dept. of Reclamation, Bureau of Land Management, and the National Renewable Energy Labs.

Those left to cherish her memory include her Husband Brad of Rolfe, Iowa, and Brother Donald Clinton of Ninety Six, South Carolina.

Noreen was preceded in death by her Parents and 7 Siblings.
