Patricia A. Doyle - age 95, of Lake City, formerly of Carroll, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Shady Oaks Care Center in Lake City, Iowa.

Patricia Ann Doyle was born March 31, 1926, on the family farm in Esbon, Kansas. She was the daughter of John and Mary (Kelliher) Doyle. Pat graduated from St. Cecilia High School in Hastings, Nebraska in 1944. In 1945, she entered the Carmelite Convent in Kearney, Nebraska. Her Carmelite name was Sister Mary Angela. After serving in that order for over 30 years, Pat moved back to the Carroll area and began caring for the elderly in their homes. This she did with love and care.

Pat loved playing Bingo and scratch tickets. Her dream was to win the lottery.

She is survived by her sister, Frances Doyle Nutter of Lake City; nieces, Jan (Lonnie) Lee of Spirit Lake, Pat (Bill) Albright of Lake City, and Deanne (Andy) Grantham of Lake City, and nephews, Eugene and George Doyle of Orlando, FL.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Johnny, Bernard, Gene, and Robert; a sister, Rose; nephews, Mike Nutter, David Doyle and Eddie Doyle, and a niece, Patricia Doyle.
