Patricia J. Eikenberry – age 92, of Lake City, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at her home near Lake City, Iowa. Graveside services will be 10:30 A.M., Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the Lake City Cemetery near Lake City, Iowa. Burial will be at the Lake City Cemetery.

Patricia Jane Parker was born in the old McCrary hospital in Lake City, Iowa on March 4, 1929, the only child of Wesley and Margaret (Smith) Parker. She graduated from the Lake City High School. In 1948, Pat married LeRoy Larson and together they had two children, Randy and Laurie. They lived on a farm west of Lake City. LeRoy passed away in 1976. She married Don Eikenberry in 1982 and continued to live on the farm. Don passed away in 1985. She worked for several years at McCrary Rost Clinic, then later at Stewart Memorial Hospital.

Pat was a member of the Fort Dodge Art Guild. She served as a den mother for cub scouts and as a helper for a brownie troop. She was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas, the family cabin in Minnesota and going to casinos.

Survivors include Pat's grandson, David Vetter of Manning; daughter-in-law, Marge Larson of Lake City; son-in-law, Keith Vetter of Manning; a step-daughter, Marilynn Smith of Spirit Lake and 3 step-grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, LeRoy and Don; both children, Randy and Laurie and 2 infant sisters.
