Pauline Roush, a beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 10, 2025. She was born on June 29, 1943, in Pomeroy, Iowa, to Anna Jesse (Mohr) and Herman Jesse. Pauline's life was marked by her unwavering kindness and dedication to her family.

Pauline grew up in Pomeroy, where she developed a deep appreciation for family and community. She graduated from Pomeroy High School. On May 9, 1964, she married the love of her life, Gary Roush, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Their partnership was a testament to their commitment to one another.

Pauline was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandma, and Gigi. Her family was her greatest joy and the center of her world. She lived for her loved ones, finding immense happiness in watching them grow and thrive. To her family, she was not only a source of unconditional love and support but also their guiding light and the very purpose of her life.

Pauline was the epitome of kindness and gentleness, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her warm heart and nurturing spirit made her the best wife, mother, grandma and gigi anyone could ever ask for. Her legacy is one of love, selflessness, and an unwavering commitment to her family, who will forever cherish the countless memories she created with them.

Pauline is survived by her children, Susan (John) Cunningham, James (Karen) Roush, and Karen (Craig) Namanny. Her grandchildren Ashley Cunningham, Zackary (Ashley) Cunningham, Austin (Ashley) Cunningham, Spencer (Jenna) Cunningham, Jessica Roush, Bethany Roush, Miranda Roush, Jacob Roush, Nick (Heather) Namanny, Nathan (Yvonne) Namanny and Anna Namanny. As well as her great grandchildren Abree, Tason, Jaxson, Blake, Madeline, Hunter, Gracelyn, Peyton, Easton, Tatum, Nile, Coy, Reese, Neil and many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Roush, her parents, Anna and Herman Jesse, and her siblings Harold Jesse, Leroy Jesse, Darlene Chance, and her great grandchild Robert.

Pauline's legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
