Ricky Wayne Hart, age 66, of Lanesboro, IA, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Ricky was born Feb. 16, 1959, in Lake City, IA, to parents Wayne and Marlene (Baker) Hart.

He attended school in Lake City. He started working with the family business, Hart Construction, before going off on his own and becoming an over-the-road truck driver. He enjoyed truck driving and being able to see the country from coast to coast.

Ricky enjoyed all Iowa Hawkeye Sports, NASCAR, specifically Jeff Gordon, and he loved to go fishing with family and friends in his free time.

He is survived by his Brothers: Rod (Charlotte) Hart of Yetter, and Roger Hart of Lake City, several Nieces, Nephews, and extended family members.

Ricky was preceded in death by his Parents: Wayne and Marlene Hart, Sister-in-Law: Barb Hart, and 2 Nephews

A Private Graveside Service will take place at a later date.
